With over 25 years of experience in the cable industry, Toby Rott partnered with Mario De Luca in 1997 to form De Luca and Tobin Cable Contractors, Inc. Continually expanding since 1997, De Luca and Tobin now employs over 50 individuals and has increased its fleet to over 75 pieces of equipment.
Our SECURED and MONITORED headquarters and shop are located in Big Bend, Wisconsin.
De Luca and Tobin has completed various cable projects with McCloud USA, AT&T, Touch America, and Time Warner Cable.
